Mini International Magazine

The interview I did with Barrie Barton for Mini Mag has just been published. Barrie is the director of Right Angle Publishing in Melbourne. They run a whole bunch of online publishing projects like 3000 (which I've written for), 2000 and also the Rooftop Cinema in the city.
Mini Mag is distributed throughout the world, with each issue focusing on a different city. The issue I wrote for is the most recent, for Melbourne.

Sesame Interview With Lara Meyerratken

My interview with the lovely Lara Meyerratken has just been published in Sesame Magazine. Lara has played in Ben Lee's band for the last 8 years and at the moment she is in the process of recording her first solo album. Cat Power Review for 3000

You're probably thinking 'this CD is way old, why has he put up a review for it now? And that is a very good question (such an inquisitive nature, you should think about working for the immigration department), but I have a very valid explanation. See, when I wrote this review for 3000.com.au, I didn't have this blog. So it can either disappear into obscurity or I can post it now and share it with the world. Which is what I'm doing. So enjoy.

North Korea Tourism

Adnews Magazine were running this competition to write the best mock ad for the North Korea Tourism board. It was fun to get such a cool brief and I think what we came up with was a good response to the brief as well as being, laugh-out-loud, piss your pants, vomit in your shoe hilarious. Youwish...Reaches 36,000 Page Impessions

When Georgie and I started youwish... we had no idea we'd reach the dizzying heights that we have. Starting the site was really one of those spur of the moment ideas like getting married in Vegas or starting a John Mellencamp tribute band. The fact that it took off so quickly was a very pleasant surprise. So we are very excited to be nearing 36,000 page impressions. Goooooo TEAM!!
